1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YeboFans ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use YeboFans. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If we discover or suspect that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to YeboFans. However, by posting content, you grant YeboFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to post your content.
  • Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • All individuals depicted in your content have given their consent.
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

  • Depicts minors in any context.
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Constitutes harassment, bullying, or hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts.
  • Violates any local, national, or international law.
  • Impersonates another person or entity.
  • Contains personal information of others without their consent.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

YeboFans and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by YeboFans and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform's design, code, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

YeboFans is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeboFans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YeboFans, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YeboFans operates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
